Availability for purchase:

tickets.ie provides no guarantee with respect to the availability of tickets for any given event and provides no assurance that tickets will be available for purchase by the customer.
Demand for certain events sold on tickets.ie can be extremely high with thousands of customers simultaneously buying tickets through the website, shops and phone.
As both the capacity of the venue and the number of tickets allocated to tickets.ie is limited it is not possible to guarantee customers that tickets will be available for purchase.

System Malfunction or Failure:

tickets.ie is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience or expenses incurred by the customer in the event of malfunction or failure of the system which may result in failure to secure any or the desired number of tickets.
tickets.ie is dependent on other external suppliers of services (i.e., web hosting, hardware supply and support, remote back-up and disk mirroring) in providing services to customers and customers recognize that tickets.ie can only rely on those suppliers pursuant to their individual terms and conditions and service level agreements. In the event that tickets.ie experiences difficulties with one or more of its suppliers it will make every effort towards rectifying any such problems. tickets.ie will not however be responsible for any loss of any nature caused to the customer as a result of difficulties with any of the tickets.ie suppliers.

Ticket Purchase Limitations:

tickets.ie reserves the right to limit the number of tickets and type of tickets which can be ordered by a customer either in a single or multiple orders.
If such a limitation exists, it will be clearly noted and it will not be possible to purchase more than this stated amount.
Tickets.ie reserves the right to cancel without notice any order placed by a customer trying to exceed the specified ticket limit, by whatever means. Please note that in such cases, all orders will be placed by the customer will be cancelled and no tickets will therefore be obtained.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any orders placed do not exceed the stated maximum ticket limit.

Order Acceptance:

tickets.ie reserves the right to refuse any order or cancel an existing order without notice or providing a reason.
We also reserve the right to cancel any or all orders originating from a single delivery address irrespective of whether the orders originate from a single customer or multiple individual customers.

Order completion:

tickets.ie will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by a failure on the customer’s part to complete and successfully place an order for tickets.
The customer is wholly responsible for ensuring that their ticket order has been completed and has been successful.
If you are unclear as to whether your order for tickets has been successfully placed and to avoid inadvertently placing multiple orders, please read the related article in our FAQ Section on the Site.
It is the customer’s responsibility to note and safely keep the confirmation number associated with their order for future reference. This number is needed by tickets.ie customer support when dealing with queries. If you do not have your order confirmation number, it may not be possible for tickets.ie to deal with your query.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that multiple orders for tickets are not placed where only one order is desired.
tickets.ie will not be held responsible for such erroneous orders and cannot refund, cancel, exchange or amend tickets ordered as a result of multiple orders being placed.
When ordering, simply click the final confirmation button once and then be patient as your order is processed. Do not double click the final confirmation button, click it repeatedly or refresh the page.
If you are unclear as to whether your order for tickets has been successfully placed and to avoid inadvertently placing multiple orders, please read the related article in our FAQ Section on the Site.
If you encounter repeated problems while ordering and are still not clear whether you have ordered successfully or not, please do not submit multiple orders, but instead contact tickets.ie customer support for assistance.

Order Time Limit:

tickets.ie will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss incurred in cases where the customer failed to complete the order within the maximum time limit allowed, either per individual page or for the entire order.
If you do not complete your order within the specified time limit, the tickets you have selected are released back into the pool and become available for other customers to buy. This rule is common on all ticketing websites and is required to correctly manage sale of tickets for high-demand events.
In the case of high-demand events, it is possible that all tickets will have been sold to other customers in the meantime and you will be unable to secure tickets to the event when you restart the purchase process.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they complete their order within the specified time limit.

Seat Selection:

tickets.ie reserves the right to not to extend the ability for the customer to select their desired seats for any given event.
In such cases, tickets.ie will automatically offer you the “Best Available” seats associated with the ticket price you have chosen. In this way, you are assigned the seats with the best location and view available at that point in time.
This approach is standard in the ticketing industry and is needed to allow tickets.ie to sell extremely high volumes of tickets within a matter of minutes for concerts by very popular acts.

Seating Location:

tickets.ie offers no guarantee that it will be possible to seat all members of a party in a single location within a venue for a given event.
If a restriction exists on the location of seating, you will be made aware of this restriction irrespective of whether you are choosing your own seats or having ‘Best Available’ seats assigned by the system.
At this point you can decide to accept the seats even though they are not located together or instead opt not to continue with the ticket order.

Delivery Options:

tickets.ie reserves the right to make only selected ticket delivery options available for particular events at its discretion.
As a result not all possible ticket delivery methods may be available for the event you wish to attend. A list of available delivery methods will be displayed when you are purchasing tickets and you must select one of these.

Ordering Tickets for More Than One Event:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy tickets for more than one event as part of a single order. You can place more than one order if you wish to buy tickets for more than one event.
Please note that if you choose postal delivery, the standard postage fee will be charged for each order.
tickets.ie will not be held responsible for any such per-order postage fees incurred by the customer while placing multiple orders to secure tickets for different events.

Customer-Fulfilled Ticketing:

tickets.ie will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss incurred in cases where the customer has failed to provide the necessary facilities needed to support customer- fulfilled ticketing.
Customer-fulfilled ticketing methods include Print at Home tickets, tickets delivered to the customer’s mobile phone and any other delivery methods not directly handled by tickets.ie.
Specific requirements to support customer-fulfilled ticketing methods include, but are not limited to, computer hardware, software of specific version level and configuration, accessories such as printers of specific configuration and colour / quality level, Internet access, mobile phone hardware and / or software, mobile connectivity and coverage, active SIM etc.
The customer should not select a self-fulfilment delivery option if they are not confident that all requirements can be met reliably, including contingency to cover exceptional events like Internet access outages, hardware failure etc. Standard delivery methods such as post or box office collection should instead be chosen.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all required elements are in-place, in working condition and correct configuration at all times.
tickets.ie cannot assist the customer in troubleshooting any issues with required elements outlined above and cannot cancel, amend or exchange tickets ordered which cannot now be fulfilled by the customer.

Links from third party websites:

tickets.ie accepts no responsibility for any incorrect information presented on third party websites or erroneous orders resulting from incorrect links on such websites.
As we sell tickets for a large number of popular events, other third party music and entertainment websites often take it upon themselves to link to tickets.ie so their visitors can easily buy tickets. In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to double check that tickets selected are for the correct event, date and time and are at the expected price.
tickets.ie will not be held responsible for such erroneous orders and cannot refund, cancel or exchange tickets ordered as a result.

Account Blocking:

As a private company tickets.ie is not obliged to contract with any customer. tickets.ie reserves the absolute right to block any customer from using the tickets.ie Site or any other facilities offered by tickets.ie. Accounts can be blocked for indefinite periods at the discretion of tickets.ie.

In such cases, the customer will always be fully informed of such charges in advance and will need to give their agreement to the charge if they wish to avail of the service. The customer will always have the option not to proceed with availing of the service in question, if they wish.
As the decision as to whether to avail of such charged-for services lies solely with the customer, tickets.ie will not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss or expense incurred by the customer should they choose not to avail of the service.

From time to time, events are cancelled by the promoter, band or venue.

Please be aware that shows can, and are, cancelled and rescheduled from time to time and be prepared for this eventuality. You should make financial provision for this possibility personally or take out appropriate insurance to cover any such losses.

Booking travel / accommodation:

If you are travelling specially to attend an event, please ensure appropriate travel and accommodation options are available to you before booking tickets on Tickets.ie.
If travelling from abroad, please be aware that certain times of year are very popular with tourists. At these times, hotel and transport availability can be very limited and prices rise substantially. You should always check when local bank holidays, other major public events are occurring.
Tickets.ie cannot cancel, refund, amend or exchange any tickets ordered in cases where the customer has subsequently discovered that transport and accommodation options are prohibitively expensive.

Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred in any way unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled.

Order cancellation / amendment:

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or the number of tickets changed in any way.

Promotional Codes:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the promotional code entered is the correct one for the event, is not mistyped, is valid, not expired and to make sure that any other conditions required by the code have been fulfilled.
Most importantly, you must double check that the discount offered by the promotional code has been correctly applied prior to placing your order and that the final total due has been reduced by the correct amount.
The correct discount being shown is the only final proof that the correct promotional code was correctly entered by the customer. If the discount is not applied, do not place the order. You must instead ensure all promotional code details you entered are correct.
You should take care of any promotional code you receive as it can usually only be used once and is deactivated after having been used to place a ticket order. If you tell someone else the code which you were sent, they may use it and you will then not be able to receive the discount or special offer when buying tickets.
Your order is accepted with the details entered by you when it was originally placed and it is not possible for tickets.ie to revisit orders at a later stage to either apply newly available promotional codes or to resolve any issue relating to promotional code incorrectly entered by the customer. Similarly, it is not possible to cancel or amend any order involving erroneous use of a promotional code.
